Trudy Gardner
Director, HR & Ops
Trudy is a Director of Richmonde Laine, overseeing HR and the firm’s back-office operations.
She co-founded the firm in 1997 and has built its central and support teams over nearly three decades. She champions the team, its culture and the working environment, and is the driving force behind the firm’s many team events.
Outside of the office, Trudy enjoys cooking with a glass of bubbles in hand, horse racing (also with bubbles in hand!) and spending time with her family playing cards.
