Paul Tadman

Paul joined Richmonde Laine in 2014 and is our Head of Advice. He has worked in financial advice since 1997, bringing nearly 30 years of experience to the role. He began as an adviser at Prudential and soon moved into independent advice, where he has since remained.

As Head of Advice, Paul ensures our clients receive high-quality financial planning. He works closely with our advisers, paraplanners and reporting teams. He oversees advice workflows and report production, and he regularly supports advisers with client communications.

Paul holds a Mathematics degree from the University of Leicester, together with the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS). He also gained a PGCE during a brief spell in teaching.

Outside work, Paul is a keen runner, a rugby fan and a follower of sport in general. He’s also a sociable board-gamer and an occasional DIY enthusiast, with mixed results.
