Kim Russ

Kim is Richmonde Laine’s Technology and Data Manager. She holds overall responsibility for our workflows, systems, AI-enablement and client data, and makes sure everything works the way it should.

Kim has been in financial services since 2007, starting out at a number of pension providers and platforms. She joined Richmonde Laine in 2016, left in 2023 to gain experience at a fast-growing digital investment platform, and we were delighted to welcome her back in 2025. She holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS).

Away from her desk, you’ll find Kim in the kitchen cooking for family and friends (nobody leaves hungry!), playing boardgames, attending a live music event, or out walking with her husband and their beloved King Charles Spaniel, Obe.
