Jo Rose

Jo joined Richmonde Laine in 2025 as a Paraplanner and member of the Advice team.

She is responsible for carrying out technical research, financial analysis, and report preparation. Her aim is to support the advice team to ensure clients’ financial plans are well-researched and closely aligned with their needs.  She holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and is working towards Chartered Status.

Jo has worked in financial services since 2008, having previously worked as a team lead at Grant Thornton, in the Partner Wealth Team. Since then, Jo has worked for an outsourced paraplanning company broadening her technical experience prior to joining Richmonde Laine.

Outside of work, Jo is an avid foodie! She loves creating in the kitchen, being outdoors in the countryside and spending time with her young family.
