Emma Smith

Emma joined Richmonde Laine in 2019 and is a member of the Client Services Team.

Emma ensures that every client, new or existing, receives the highest standard of service. She also supports the Advice Team with a range of administrative work. She holds the CII Level 2 Award in Life and Pensions Foundations and has passed the CII unit in UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics.

Emma has a wealth of experience in fast-paced, customer-focused roles. Before joining Richmonde Laine, she worked in marketing in the public sector.

Outside work, Emma enjoys keeping fit and is often found at her local CrossFit gym or taking part in running and cycling events. She also loves getting outdoors for beach and countryside walks, and spending time with her friends and family.
