Operations Team
Chelsea joined Richmonde Laine in 2025 and supports our operations and facilities management on a part-time basis.
Chelsea brings over 15 years of professional experience, including senior management work in the NHS. There, she developed a strong understanding of operational processes and facilities management across five sites.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys travelling, exercising and spending time outdoors. She’s naturally sociable and loves being part of the team.
