Receptionist – Client Support Administrator

Salary guide:

Dependent on relevant experience & skills

Hours:

Monday to Friday – 08.45am – 17.30pm

Holidays:

28 days annual holiday including Bank Holidays

Specific Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Preparing conference room and organising refreshments for visitors
  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls/taking messages in email format
  • Dealing with new enquiries at a competent level
  • Updating MD’s online diary
  • Managing stationary supplies
  • Preparing and logging outgoing post
  • Assisting with monitoring the return of dispatched documentation
  • Making daily start and finish checks in the building
  • Managing Operation stock (cleaning supplies and sundries)
  • Dealing with Petty Cash records
  • Scanning incoming post
  • Printing and binding reports
  • Executing Anti Money Laundering checks
  • Typing up notes

During holiday or busy periods, other duties could eventually include:

  • Assisting administration team with a range of administration tasks, to include:
  • Typing up notes, memos – Typing templated letters and reports
  • Collating and binding documents for meetings
  • Updating electronic client files – Updating client records with bespoke software
  • Liaising with a range of providers to collate information for production of client reports and valuations.
  • Assisting new business processing as required

Skills, Qualification & Experience required:

  • Previous experience of the financial services industry is preferable, although not essential.
  • You should possess accurate typing skills, with a good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, delivering good computer skills
  • You should have an excellent telephone manner, be professional and well presented
  • Good organisational skills are important, with an ‘excellent’ eye for detail
  • You will need to possess a flexible approach, as no two days are the same.
